How We Support Our Community

Since 2023, Vibe has invested 21,000+ impact hours into strengthening Metro Detroit.

How did we achieve this? Our entire team shows up with 100% participation, with each team member dedicating an annual average of 28 hours per year. Every one of those hours represents a choice to stand beside our neighbors and push for a better future.

Financial Education

Providing free financial education and wellness resources to schools, nonprofits, and community groups.

Sponsorships & Donations

Investing in organizations and initiatives that strengthen our communities.

Volunteers

Providing our team’s time, skills, and energy to support local causes and create meaningful impact.

Community Impact Day: Showing up with Heart, Serving with Purpose

In 2023, we launched Community Impact Day. This is a dedicated day where our entire team steps away from their desks and steps into the community. Every year, we spend the day working alongside local organizations across Metro Detroit to meet real needs on the ground.

How We Show Up in Our Communities

We focus our energy where it matters most and where barriers stand the highest. These aren’t boxes to check. They’re commitments we act on every day through people, programs, and partnerships that move the needle.
