1 Vibe’s credit score monitoring tool monitors your VantageScore credit score. The VantageScore provided is intended to help you understand the factors that affect your credit score. It is not used for loan approval purposes or for determining rates. Loan rates and approvals are based on information provided to Vibe when you apply for a loan. The credit score model used by Vibe may be different than in our credit score monitoring service. Vibe Credit Union is not a credit repair organization as defined under Federal or State law, including the Credit Repair Organization Act.

See something off on your credit report? Don't worry! Follow the simple steps below and you'll be on your way to correcting it, quickly! Once you file a dispute with the credit bureau, they are required to look into it and make corrections if something's wrong.
  • Double check the details of the error and determine if the error is reported with one or multiple bureaus
  • Keep proof handy (Ex. loan documents, payment records, account statements, legal records, identity documents etc.)
  • File a dispute directly with the credit bureau that posted the info
