Associate Director Program

Vibe Credit Union is reopening applications for our Associate Director Program, designed to mentor and prepare members for future service on our Board of Directors. This opportunity allows you to gain firsthand experience in credit union leadership, board governance, and the strategic decisions that shape Vibe’s future.

By participating, you’ll learn directly from our leadership team, strengthen your understanding of credit union operations, and build the skills needed to make a lasting impact on our community. If you’re passionate about service, collaboration, and creating opportunity, this program is the perfect next step.

What You’ll Need to Apply

To be considered for the program, you must:

• Be a Vibe member in good standing with a strong financial history
• Meet eligibility requirements, including no financial-related convictions or regulatory issues
