Without a checking account, consumers often have to pay check-cashing fees and do business with expensive payday lenders. At Vibe Credit Union, we don't like to see anyone in that position. Our Vision Checking provides a wide range of money management services while you work your way to financial stability. 
Vision Checking1 Account Details: 
 
  • $25 opening deposit required
  • No insufficient funds (NSF) fees or closure fees
  • $5 monthly maintenance fee assessed the first of every month
  • All check deposits must be made directly to the Vision account. Check holds may apply.
  • Early Deposit available with Direct Deposit
  • After 12 months of positive banking history, account holders may qualify for other Vibe checking accounts.
  • 24/7 account access at nearly 30,000 surcharge-free CO-OP Network ATMs

1. New members must qualify for membership and deposit $5 in a Vibe Savings Account. All new accounts are subject to ChexSystems and/or standard credit check. Debit cards will arrive via mail after account opening. A $5.00 monthly maintenance fee will be assessed to the checking account on the first day of each month. Mobile deposit and shared branch banking are not available with Vision Checking. ATM cash deposits are permitted, ATM check deposits are restricted. Courtesy Pay is not available with Vision Checking. Online or mobile banking registration is required at account opening. All checks must be deposited to the Vision Checking account. A five-business day hold will be applied to entire check deposit during the first 30 days of the new account period. After the 30-day new account period checks will be subject to funds availability holds, the first $225.00 of aggregated daily check deposits will be made available. After 12 months of positive checking account history, the account may be eligible for review, by member request, for a checking account upgrade. Members will be charged $1 for every ATM withdrawal over their allotted 6 ATM withdrawals per month. 








Get Paid Sooner with Early Deposit.

  • As soon as Vibe receives your upcoming payroll info, we make your funds available up to two (2) days early!
  • Early Deposit is automatic for members with direct deposits, including payroll, Social Security, and retirement income.
Early Deposit is not guaranteed. The money we release early is temporary until we receive the final payment from the sender. If the payment does not go through, the early deposit may be removed from your account. In that case, the sender is not considered to have officially paid you yet.

Your Checking Questions, Answered

You should receive your debit card by mail in 7-10 business days. 
To setup Direct Deposit, simply enter your account number and the Vibe routing number (272483808) in your employer's payroll system. You may also provide a completed Direct Deposit Authorization Form found in our Switch Kit, to your employer or other payroll entity. 
In order to download the Vibe Credit Union mobile app, you need to be enrolled in Online Banking first. You can enroll by following these steps:
 
  1. Click the "Login" button at the top of any page
  2. Click "New User"
  3. Fill in the requested registration information, then click "Complete Sign Up"
  4. Make sure you have your phone handy! We'll either give you a call or text with a one-time passcode to verify it's you. Do not give this passcode to anyone. Simply enter it on the secure login page to access your account. 
Once you've completed your Online Banking registration, you may then download and begin using the Vibe Mobile Banking app.
