Eligibility
The Metro Monster Mash Children's Bike Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to legal residents of the State of Michigan who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. The prize is intended for a child in the winning entrant's household or under the care of the winning entrant. A parent or legal guardian must complete and submit the entry form. Employees of Vibe Credit Union, members of its Board of Directors, volunteers, contractors associated with the event, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, or household member) are not eligible to win. Limit one (1) entry per household.Entry Period
Entries will be accepted in person during Vibe Credit Union's Metro Monster Mash event held at the Metro Parkway Branch, 2405 Metropolitan Parkway, Sterling Heights, Michigan, on Sunday, October 25, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time. All entries must be received by 3:00 p.m. on October 25, 2026. Late, incomplete, illegible, or duplicate entries will be disqualified.How to Enter
Eligible participants may enter by completing the entry form located on the Metro Monster Mash event passport and submitting the completed form at the designated giveaway entry location. The passport is designed to guide families through the event's activity stations. No purchase, Vibe Credit Union membership, account opening, or financial transaction is required to enter or win. Only one (1) entry per household is permitted. Any attempt to submit multiple entries may result in disqualification at Vibe Credit Union's sole discretion.Prize
One (1) winner will receive one (1) children's bicycle.Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $200
The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. No substitutions are permitted except at the sole discretion of Vibe Credit Union.The winner/parent or legal guardian is responsible for ensuring the bicycle is appropriate for the child's age, size, ability, and intended use and for following all manufacturer instructions and safety recommendations.
Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.The potential winner will be notified using the contact information provided on the entry form. The winner must respond and claim the prize within seven (7) calendar days of initial notification.If the selected winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within seven (7) calendar days, is determined to be ineligible, or declines the prize, Vibe Credit Union reserves the right to select an alternate winner.Prize Distribution
The prize must be claimed and/or picked up within thirty (30) days of winner notification unless otherwise arranged by Vibe Credit Union.A valid government-issued photo ID may be required before the prize is awarded.Release of Liability
By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Vibe Credit Union and its respective officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, losses, damages, injuries, or liabilities arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.General Conditions
Vibe Credit Union reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor impairs the integrity, administration, security, or proper operation of the Giveaway.Vibe Credit Union reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Official Rules.All decisions made by Vibe Credit Union regarding the Giveaway are final and binding.Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes and any other costs associated with acceptance or use of the prize.Privacy
