VibeStrong Novi 2022
Sponsored by Vibe Credit Union

1. VibeStrong Novi (“Promotion”) is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and is void outside the U.S. and where prohibited or restricted by law.
2. Vibe Credit Union, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to remove a nominee without advance notice.
3. Vibe Credit Union reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or terminate this Promotion in the event of any act, occurrence, or reason that it believes would corrupt the integrity, administration, or fairness of the Promotion.
4. The Promotion will begin at 9:00 AM EST on February 1, 2022. The Promotion will end on February 22, 2022 at 11:59 PM EST. Code Rubik will be the official time-keeping device for this Promotion.
5. Winners will be announced on Vibe Credit Union’s social media sites after the Promotion period ends, and the winners will be presented with their awards at Vibe Credit Union’s Novi 12 Mile branch located at 44777 West 12 Mile Rd., Novi, MI, 48377. The date of the awards presentation is to be determined.
6. There will be two categories in which participants will be asked to vote – “Novi VIP” and “Novi Hero” (“Category”).
7. Prize winners in each category will be determined by the number of votes they receive. In each Category, the first prize winner being the one with the highest number of votes.
8. Organizations in each Category hereby grant Vibe Credit Union the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs/videos of themselves on social media and/or promotional materials or any other purpose in any manner or medium.
9. In each category, the first prize winner will be awarded $1,200, the second prize winner will be awarded $1,000, and the third prize winner will be awarded $800.
10. Prizes are not transferable. If the prize is not claimed by the winner, it will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will not be selected.
11. One vote per user, per day.
12. In the event of a tie, the nominees will split the amount of that prize and the succeeding prize.
13. Vibe Credit Union is not responsible for late, incomplete, inaccurate, undelivered, or delayed votes.
14. By participating in this Promotion, participants agree that their first name, last initial, and submitted comments can be used by Vibe Credit Union, in its sole discretion, on its social media sites and other promotional material as deemed appropriate by Vibe Credit Union.

By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to release, discharge, indemnify, defend, and otherwise hold harmless Vibe Credit Union, it’s respective affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, members, employees, and agents from and against any and all demands, claims, liability, costs, losses, damages, or cause of action, including without limitation, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of, in whole or part, directly or indirectly, from participating or attempting to participate in the Promotion or from acceptance, possession, misuse, use, any of prize received in this Promotion.
