Log in to online banking, we recommend using a computer or laptop for ease of use when registering.
Navigate to the menu labeled “Additional Services” and select “My Vibe Mortgage Details” from the drop-down menu.
This will open a new tab on your browser for My Vibe Mortgage
Next, click the blue link labeled “I am a new user”.
To register you will need to enter your loan number (use the steps under “How do I find my loan number?”), first name, last name, social security number, and the zip code of the property that the mortgage is for. Once you have entered all the information, click next.
Next, you will be prompted to read and accept the terms and conditions.
After you click to accept a new page will open, prompting you to create your username and password. IMPORTANT NOTE: Your username and password for My Vibe Mortgage will not sync with your online banking username and password. While you can make them the same, if you change one the other will not update.
Next, pick four security questions and type your unique answers in the text boxes next to the questions.
Under “Communication Settings” enter your email address.
Last, under “Security Settings” pick a security image and write a title for it. This is meant to authenticate our site to you and let you know that it is safe to provide your password before accessing the site.
Click next to finish creating your My Vibe Mortgage account!

Log into your online banking or mobile banking account
Navigate to your mortgage account, labeled RELN or the address of your property, and select that account
Select the drop-down labeled “Account Details” (In mobile this is a blue link labeled “Detail” that will open in a new screen)
Your mortgage ID will show under account details labeled “Number”

Once you have registered for My Vibe Mortgage, you can use the link under the “Additional Details” menu to navigate to the My Vibe Mortgage Site.
You will log in with the unique username and password you created when you registered.
Once you are logged in, you will see a list of all your Vibe Mortgages. Select the one you would like to view.
A new page will open with all your Mortgage Details including interest rate, loan amount, last payment, next payment, and more.
By using the menu on the left-hand side of the page you can navigate to see the payment history, tax and insurance information, and request payoff information.
